  • From Virtual into Reality

Virtual reality modelling was used to present the design during the development period and engage with project stakeholders.

Cost Savings

Turnbull worked with the constructor to reduce the cost of retaining structures and pavements by refining structural forms and materials.

Time Savings

Our elegantly simple natural weir solution replaced the need for several onsite detention tanks to decrease stormwater discharge. This also allowed faster construction with less material and maintenance costs.

  • Design innovation

A lightweight expanded polystyrene retaining wall was implemented for faster construction and long term durability
